a. Normal website usage: Search For Change, Inc. has a firm commitment to Internet privacy. You can visit most portions of Searchforchange.org(/com) without telling us who you are and without revealing any personal information. The only information we collect from a normal web site visit is the name of your internet service provider, the browser and type of machine you are using, the web site that referred you to us, the pages you request and the date and time you request them. We use this information to generate statistics and measure site activity to improve the usefulness of the site to our visitors.

These terms shall be governed by and construed according to the laws of the state of New York, as they are applied to agreements entered into and to be performed entirely within New York. Any claim or cause of action arising out of or relating to these terms shall be barred unless such claim or cause of action is brought within one year after it arises; any such claim or cause of action shall be brought only in the state or federal courts in the District of New York, and you consent to jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating such actions.
