We are very pleased to announce a recent addition to the Search for Change, Inc. Board of Directors! Jeffrey (Jeff) Zitofsky currently serves as Community Work Assistant for the Westchester County Office for People with Disabilities, a position that enables him to apply his extensive experience in advocacy, education, service coordination, benefits advisement, and counseling (among others) in service of individuals with disabilities and special needs. Jeff has also applied his lived experience in recovery as a Peer Advocate and Peer Training Specialist and was previously employed by other health and social welfare organizations throughout Westchester and New York City. Jeff has also held positions in education, marketing, and advertising. He holds bachelor of arts degrees in Historical Studies and Communication Studies and has earned graduate-level credits in Education. In his “free” time he continues to cultivate his talents as an actor and singer/songwriter, and he regularly performs in venues throughout the greater New York Metropolitan Area. Jeff possesses a deeply holistic and recovery-oriented vision that will be invaluable to our agency and the individuals we serve. Welcome Jeff!
