Search for Change is pleased to announce and welcome one of its newest Board Member, Susan Shevlin, to its Board of Directors. Ms. Shevlin is currently the Director of Talent Acquisition and Onboarding at Weill Cornell Medicine where she is responsible for talent acquisition, onboarding, compliance and immigration for an academic medical center with over 8,000 employees including faculty. She has close to 30 years of human resources and talent acquisition experience in healthcare. Ms. Shevlin obtained her Masters of Education from Columbia University. Her experience and expertise specifically in human resources, mergers and consolidations, and an extensive understanding of healthcare industry are a great addition to the Board of Directors at Search for Change.
