Search for Change is pleased to announce and welcome one of its newest Board Members, Bob Cooper, to its Board of Directors. Mr. Bob Cooper is the founder and President of RL Cooper Associates, a healthcare organizational and management consulting firm launched in 1999. He has over 25 years of experience in people and organizational development with focus placed on assisting healthcare providers. Mr. Cooper obtained his Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Hamilton University. His experience and expertise specifically in human resources and organizational development within the healthcare industry are a great addition to the Board of Directors at Search for Change.
