Our Partnership with ACCES-VR
Search for Change is a proud contractual partner of Adult Career and Continuing Education Services – Vocational Rehabilitation (ACCES-VR) through the New York State Education Department and the Bureau of Rehabilitation Services (BRS).
ACCES-VR is grounded in the belief that all individuals with disabilities can benefit from vocational rehabilitation services and deserve the opportunity to pursue employment in inclusive, community-based settings. Through this partnership, we receive referrals of eligible participants—regardless of the nature of their disability—to support their journey toward meaningful, competitive employment.
How We Work Together
Our team collaborates closely with ACCES-VR Vocational Rehabilitation Counselors to guide each individual through a structured, person-centered process. We provide a comprehensive range of services tailored to each participant’s:

Together with the ACCES-VR Counselor, we develop a customized Individual Plan for Employment (IPE) that serves as a roadmap to long-term success in the workplace.
